Lloyd listened to my story about the previous Company that had serviced (or shall I say not serviced my air-conditioner) and their recommendations that the compressor was totalled and to either fix that for $7k or replace the whole system for nearly $8k!!!
I was only seeking secondary quotes to replace the system but Lloyd came out looked at my system and the service report from the other company and recognised the problem (which was evident in thier own photos!!!) and solved it all within an hour and a half, and it only cost me $500 for the materials and labour!!!
(The other company charged me almost $400 to look, not do anything and lie to me)
So I will 100% be trusting Lloyd and his team to help with all my aircon needs now and in the future!!! Thank you so much!!!
