Installation of a high-quality system ensures your air conditioner will remain reliable for many years. This is why at Simply Cool, we only install new original equipment manufacturer (OEM) systems.
Running Costs
Different systems will entail various running costs depending on how you use them. Understanding how you use your air conditioner will allow us to provide you cost saving advice so keeping cool doesn’t set you back any more than necessary.
Installation Location
The internal location of your unit will affect the efficiency and ongoing running costs of your newly installed air conditioner. Our team will discuss your preferred installation location while equally considering aesthetics and functionality.
Smart Air Conditioning
We can install AirTouch 5 smart controllers with a stunning new design and a range of industry first features. With AirTouch, artificial intelligence helps manage temperatures and airflow in each room of your home, for optimum comfort and energy efficiency.
Design
Before installation begins, our team at Simply Cool can design a 3D digital concept to showcase how/where your new air conditioning system will be situated. This will also provide a visual representation of how efficiently the system will operate if placed in different areas.
Split Systems
Split system air conditioners are an ideal choice with their space saving and economical features. Plus, they will efficiently heat or cool specific rooms quickly and quietly.
Evaporative Air
Evaporative air conditioners are an environmentally friendly option utilising the fresh air from outdoors. These systems have low power usage making them an ideal cost-effective option.

Efficient, reliable, and a great long-term investment, ducted air conditioning units are ideal for workplaces and homes alike. Cool or heat multiple rooms easily for comfort in any season.

View review on GoogleAbsolutely amazing!! Super Honest!!! Lloyd listened to my story about the previous Company that had serviced (or shall I say not serviced my air-conditioner) and their recommendations that the compressor was totalled and to either fix that for $7k or replace the whole system for nearly $8k!!!
I was only seeking secondary quotes to replace the system but Lloyd came out looked at my system and the service report from the other company and recognised the problem (which was evident in thier own photos!!!) and solved it all within an hour and a half, and it only cost me $500 for the materials and labour!!!
(The other company charged me almost $400 to look, not do anything and lie to me)
So I will 100% be trusting Lloyd and his team to help with all my aircon needs now and in the future!!! Thank you so much!!!

Frequently Asked Questions
How Long Does An Air Conditioning Installation Take?
Most residential split system installations are completed within a few hours. Ducted system installations are more involved and typically take a full day, depending on the size of the property and roof access. We’ll give you a clear timeframe when we provide your quote so you can plan around it. Our team works efficiently and leaves the job site clean and tidy once the installation is complete.
Do You Only Install New Systems, Or Can You Replace An Existing Unit?
Both. We install brand new systems where there’s no existing unit and we also handle full replacements when an old system is being swapped out. When replacing, we manage the removal and disposal of the old system as part of the process. If you’re unsure whether a replacement is the right move, we’ll assess your existing system during our visit and give you an honest recommendation.
Does The Location Of The Indoor Unit Affect Performance?
It does, more than most people realise. The placement of the indoor unit affects airflow distribution, efficiency and running costs. We consider both functionality and aesthetics when recommending an installation location – there’s no point putting a unit a position that looks tidy but underperforms. Our team will walk you through the options during the site visit.
Can You Install Smart Air Conditioning Controllers?
Yes. We install AirTouch 5 smart controllers, which use AI to manage temperatures and airflow across individual rooms for improved comfort and energy efficiency. If you’re interested in smart control – particularly useful for larger homes or zoned ducted systems – let us know during your consultation and we’ll talk through what’s involved.
Is A Licensed Technician Required To Install An Air Conditioner In Western Australia?
Yes, it’s a legal requirement. All air conditioning installations in WA must be carried out by a licensed technician. Simply Cool’s team is fully licensed and insured, and every installation is completed to Australian standard using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) systems. This matters for safety, warranty and home insurance, so it’s not something to cut corners on.
